RUSH ORDERS
Adding a Rush Order to your purchase allows your order to be moved to the top of our production list. This expedites production to ensure your order is shipped out within 1-2 business days instead of the normal 3-5 day production time.
To request a Rush Order, please contact us first BEFORE placing your order. This is to ensure that we have availability to RUSH your order and meet your timeline.
Once we confirm availability, you can complete your order by selecting your item in our shop and adding the "RUSH ORDER" listing to your cart.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

REMOVING WASHI TAPE:
Upon opening your package, you'll find that cake toppers, cake plates, drink Stirrers, etc. are taped down with washi tape to avoid breakage during shipping.
​
please remove washi tape slowly & carefully Pulling one side while the other is still taped down, may cause breakage to parts of your item.
​
Washi tape doesn't leave sticky residue and can be removed easily, but please handle with care.
​
Mirrored Acrylic Products:
Wash with soap and water. do not soak!!!
soaking in water will damage the finish of the mirror as it absorbs water. Dry immediately after washing.

CUSTOM ORDERS
To place a custom order, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Contact" page in our Etsy shop to send us a message with your custom order request.
2. Once we receive all the details for your order, we will create a private custom listing which will be sent in Etsy Messaging.
3. Once your order is paid and received, we will begin designing options for you. A design proof will be sent for approval before we move forward with production.

4. Custom orders may require additional processing time to allow for more design and approval time. If more time is needed we will communicate our expected timeline to complete your order.
